At Healthy Honey Company, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Eligibility
- Due to the perishable nature of honey, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photo evidence of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds & Replacements
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping restrictions.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Opened or used honey bottles
- Items not in their original packaging
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
